DESCRIPTION

The 10051922-3010ELF is a right-angle ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) FFC/FPC connector from the VLL Series, designed for flexible cable termination with bottom contact configuration. It features a 0.5 mm pitch, 1.2 mm connector height, and accommodates cable thickness of 0.3 mm, with lead-free gold plating (0.08 µm minimum) and halogen-free housing for environmental compliance. The connector operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, with electrical ratings of 50 V AC/DC and 0.5 A AC/DC, achieving a contact resistance of 30 mO maximum and insulation resistance of 100 MO minimum. Its innovative housing design provides visual confirmation of correct cable positioning, stress-free mating for high cycle durability (20 mating cycles), and optional cable lock for enhanced retention, making it ideal for automotive multimedia, navigation systems, LCD/OLED displays, and medical equipment applications.
