DESCRIPTION

QXP27B4-02D is a 100Gb/s QSFP28 CWDM4 transceiver designed to operate over single-mode fiber systems using four 25 Gbps CWDM channels in the 1310 nm band with transmission distances up to 2 km. The module features a 4-lane CWDM multiplexer/demultiplexer design with built-in clock and data recovery (CDR) on both transmit and receive paths, achieving up to 25.78 Gbps per wavelength. It supports electrically hot-pluggable operation, digital diagnostics monitoring via 2-wire serial interface, and operates within a case temperature range of 0°C to 70°C with power dissipation below 3.5 W. The transceiver is compliant with IEEE 802.3ba, 100G CLR4/CWDM4 standards, SFF-8636 specifications, and RoHS requirements, making it ideal for 100G Ethernet applications in data center and telecommunications infrastructure.
