DESCRIPTION
NDMA232100 is an Ethernet transformer module designed for high-speed data transmission in 1, 2.5, 5, and 10 Gbit/s Ethernet applications. The device features four differential pairs (BI_DA, BI_DB, BI_DC, BI_DD) with a 1:1 turn ratio (±3%) and supports a current rating of 960 mA for each differential pair. Key electrical characteristics include insertion loss of -2.0 dB maximum from 1–400 MHz and -3.0 dB maximum from 400–500 MHz, return loss of -22 dB minimum from 1–100 MHz, and common mode rejection ratio of -30 dB minimum from 1–40 MHz. The transformer provides 160 µH minimum inductance at 100 kHz and includes 1,500 VAC isolation capability for 60 seconds. This module is ideal for Ethernet PHY interfaces, network switching equipment, and high-speed data communication systems requiring reliable signal coupling and impedance matching.
