DESCRIPTION

YQS5846PTF is a Thermometrics PTF Series radially-wired bare PTC disc thermistor designed for general purpose over-current and short-circuit protection. It features an operating voltage rating of 25V maximum, a resistance of 3O at 25°C (±20%), and a switch temperature of 120°C. The device exhibits a minimum trip current of 740 mA at 25°C ambient temperature and a maximum current without tripping of 370 mA at 55°C ambient temperature. With dimensions of 14.0 mm (A), 4.6 mm (B), 5.0 mm (C), 0.6 mm (D), and 25 mm lead length (L), this thermistor provides a low-cost solid-state fuse solution with infinitely repeatable resistance-temperature characteristics and no hysteresis, making it ideal for circuit protection in consumer electronics and industrial applications.
