DESCRIPTION

The 5851-BK005 is a high-temperature hook-up wire designed for the internal wiring of electronic equipment. It is constructed with a 30 AWG (7/38) stranded silver-plated copper conductor and a nominal 0.010-inch wall of PTFE insulation. This wire is rated for 600 VRMS and has a wide operating temperature range of -60°C to 200°C, meeting MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E) specifications. The PTFE insulation provides excellent thermal and chemical resistance, making it ideal for demanding military, aerospace, and industrial applications where high performance and reliability are critical.
