DESCRIPTION

The 2842/7-BK005 is a single-conductor hook-up wire compliant with MIL-W-16878/6 (Type ET) specifications. It is constructed with a 28 AWG (7/36) stranded silver-plated copper conductor and a nominal 0.006-inch wall of PTFE insulation. The wire has a voltage rating of 250 VRMS and is designed to operate in a wide temperature range from -60°C to 200°C. Its robust electrical and mechanical properties make it ideal for the internal wiring of electronic equipment in demanding, high-temperature environments.
