DESCRIPTION

H50SL-608 is an industrial 8-pin octal socket designed for use with electro-mechanical relays, thermal timers, and solid state controls. It features a durable polycarbonate body with UL 94V2 flammability rating and high-voltage arc track characteristics, along with screw terminals and captive self-lifting wire clips for reliable wire insertion. The socket is rated for 10 amperes at 300VAC per UL and CSA standards, accommodating wire sizes up to #12 AWG with pan head 6-20 screw terminals. With a dielectric strength of 2000V and integral molded barrier construction, this socket provides secure connections that exceed UL483 requirements. Common applications include electro-mechanical relays, thermal timers, solid state and hybrid time delay relays, and liquid level sensing controls.
