DESCRIPTION
The AST3TQ-V-40.000MHZ-28 is a precision 40.000 MHz Voltage Controlled Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (VCTCXO). It provides a standard LVCMOS output with a high frequency stability of ±280 ppb over an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Operating on a nominal 3.3V supply, this oscillator features a low typical RMS jitter of 400fs at its 40MHz carrier frequency. The voltage control function enables a frequency pull-ability of ±7.00 ppm to ±12.00 ppm. Its high performance makes it suitable for demanding applications such as LTE/BTS, GPS tracking with hold-over accuracy, test and measurement equipment, and point-to-point communication networks.
