DESCRIPTION

The ASPI-8040LR-4R7M-T is a molded SMD power inductor featuring 4.7 µH inductance with ±20% tolerance, a maximum DC resistance of 22.6 mO, and a saturation current of 8.7 A. This shielded inductor is designed for switching frequencies between 100 kHz and 2 MHz, offering soft saturation characteristics and low DCR for high efficiency in power conversion applications. The component operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is housed in a compact 8.2 × 8.6 × 3.8 mm package, making it ideal for low-profile applications requiring high current handling and transient load capability. It is RoHS/RoHS II compliant with MSL Level 1 rating, suitable for DC/DC converters, notebook and server power supplies, and other demanding power management circuits.
