DESCRIPTION
ASFL1-50.0000MHZ-EJ-T is a 3.3V HCMOS/TTL compatible SMD crystal clock oscillator designed for high-density surface mount applications. The device operates at a frequency of 50.0000 MHz with a frequency stability of ±20 ppm and features a tri-state output function for flexible circuit integration. It provides a supply voltage range of 2.97V to 3.63V (typical 3.3V), with output voltage levels of 0.9×Vdd (high) and 0.1×Vdd (low), and supports output loads up to 15 pF. The oscillator operates over a temperature range of -10°C to +70°C with a storage temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, and includes a seam-sealed package measuring 5.0 × 3.2 × 1.3 mm that assures high reliability and RoHS compliance. Common applications include CCD clock signals for VTR cameras, PC-connected equipment, wireless communication devices, and portable electronics such as PDAs and laptop computers.
