DESCRIPTION
ASD3-25.000MHZ-LC-T is an HCMOS SMD crystal oscillator designed for low-voltage applications requiring precise frequency generation. This device operates at a fixed frequency of 25.000 MHz with a supply voltage of 1.8V (±5%), delivering typical current consumption of 2 to 4 mA depending on frequency range, and features a tri-state function for standby mode operation. The oscillator is housed in a compact 2.5 × 2.0 × 1.0 mm hermetically sealed package with a 4-pin configuration, offering low height and RoHS/RoHS II compliance. It provides excellent frequency stability of ±100 ppm over the standard operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, with rise/fall times of 3 to 7 ns and start-up time of 6 to 10 ms. The device is ideal for portable and thin equipment applications such as CCD clock generation for VTR cameras and PC-connected devices where low power consumption and compact form factor are essential.
