DESCRIPTION

The AOCJY-100.000MHZ-E-T is an Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO) providing a highly stable 100.000 MHz frequency reference. This device operates on a standard 3.3V supply and delivers a CMOS-level output signal. It is specified with a tight frequency stability of ±10.0 ppb across an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. Based on an SC-Cut, high 'Q' resonator design, it offers exceptional long-term aging of ±500 ppb over a 10-year product life. Its high performance makes it ideal for demanding applications such as cellular infrastructure, radar systems, test and measurement equipment, and GPS tracking.
