DESCRIPTION
The ACO-16.000MHZ-EK is a half-size DIP low-voltage 5.0V crystal clock oscillator from the ACH series designed for microprocessor and digital circuit applications. It operates across a wide frequency range from 32.768 kHz to 200 MHz with an overall frequency stability of ±100 ppm and supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V (typical 5.0V). The device features HCMOS and TTL compatibility, a tri-state enable/disable function on pin 1, and is housed in a compact 12.7 × 12.7 × 5.6 mm hermetically sealed package with RoHS/RoHS II compliance. Output characteristics include rise/fall times up to 15 ns (depending on frequency), output load capability of 10 TTL or 5 TTL loads, and start-up time of 1–10 ms.
