DESCRIPTION

The ACH-25.000MHZ-EK is a half-size DIP low voltage 5.0V crystal clock oscillator designed for microprocessor and digital circuit applications. It operates at a fixed frequency of 25 MHz with a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V (typical 5.0V) and delivers a maximum current of 45 mA at this frequency. The oscillator features HCMOS and TTL compatibility, a tri-state enable/disable function on pin 1, and output voltage levels of 0.9×Vdd (high) and 0.1×Vdd (low). With a compact package size of 12.7 × 12.7 × 5.6 mm, hermetic sealing for moisture protection, and RoHS/RoHS II compliance, this oscillator is ideal for timing and clock distribution in digital systems requiring reliable, stable frequency generation.
