DESCRIPTION

The 3793-6003 is a 10-pin 3M Four-Wall Header from the 3000 Series, designed for reliable PCB interconnection with 0.100" x 0.100" latch/ejector systems available in both straight and right angle configurations. This header features polarizing notches (BC type) and is compatible with 3M sockets, offering flexible mounting options with optional short or long roll pin latch/ejectors. The contact tails are precision-engineered with a pin cross-section diagonal of 0.028" ±0.001" and corner radius of 0.0075" reference, accommodating PCB thicknesses from 0.062" to 0.125" depending on the tail variant selected. The header is constructed with high-temperature black material (PCT1) and offers multiple plating options (IAR, IRB, or EIB) for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. These headers are widely used in industrial instrumentation, telecommunications, and data acquisition systems where secure, polarized connections and reliable strain relief are essential.
