The 119975 is an iBridge Ultra 2 mm cable-to-board connector designed for reliable and robust connection systems in applications requiring resistance to strong vibrations, such as automotive environments. It features a Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) retainer that serves as a secondary lock for female contacts, enhancing connection security and durability. The connector supports 2 to 12 pins with a current rating up to 8 A per contact, operating voltage of 300 Vrms (pollution degree 1) or 95 Vrms (pollution degree 2), and temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. Available in vertical and right-angle male configurations with DIP or SMT termination, along with female crimp contacts for AWG 22 and AWG 24 cables. The compact 2 mm pitch design and long locating pegs for vertical male connectors enhance retention force, making it ideal for industrial automation, telecommunications, healthcare, and automotive applications connecting control units to sensors, motors, switches, and other local components.
