DESCRIPTION

The 553-0177F is a dual-position LED indicator featuring orange LEDs in both Position 1 and Position 2. This component is designed for visual status indication in electronic equipment and control panels. Operating at 10 mA per LED, it delivers a luminous intensity of 19–50 mcd with a peak wavelength of 610 nm and a dominant wavelength range of 598–615 nm. The forward voltage ranges from 1.6 V to 2.6 V at 10 mA, with a reverse current of 100 µA at 5 V and a 60-degree viewing angle. The device is rated for continuous forward current of 20 mA maximum, with a power dissipation limit of 60 mW and peak forward current of 80 mA (1/10 duty cycle, 10 µs pulse width). It operates reliably across -40 °C to +85 °C and is suitable for indicator panels, status displays, and diagnostic lighting in industrial and consumer applications.
