DESCRIPTION

The 4608X-104-221/331L is an 8-pin dual terminator resistor network from Bourns' 4600X series of thick-film conformal SIPs. This device features two paired resistor values—220 O (R1) and 330 O (R2)—configured with twelve thick-film resistors arranged in series between common ground (pin 1) and power (pin 8) lines, terminating 6 signal lines. The network operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, and exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 MO range. It provides a power rating of 1.00 W at 70°C ambient temperature and features RoHS-compliant Sn/Ag/Cu plating. This dual terminator configuration is ideal for SCSI applications, DRAM termination, and other high-speed digital bus termination scenarios where matched resistor pairs are required for signal integrity.
