5853-RD005 is a PTFE-insulated hookup wire designed for high-temperature and high-voltage applications. It features a 26 AWG (7/34) silver-plated copper conductor with a nominal diameter of 0.019 inches and PTFE insulation with a 0.010-inch wall thickness, resulting in an overall insulation diameter of 0.039 ± 0.004 inches. The wire is rated for 600 VRMS and operates over a temperature range of -60°C to 200°C, with a maximum pull tension of 2.18 lbs and a recommended bend radius of 10X the cable diameter. It meets UL AWM/STYLE 1213 (VW-1), MIL-W-16878/4 (Type E), and NEMA HP3-EXBDB specifications, and is RoHS compliant.
